  • Please contact us directly with inquiries about our made-to-order lighting fixtures and furniture. Your purchase will be ready to ship within the lead time specified. The lead time begins with receipt of payment and confirmed order details. Email us your name, location, and item of interest at sales@moneanewyork.com and a member of our team will respond within 24 hours Monday through Friday. 

  • Yes, we offer a 15% trade discount on our collections to qualified buyers in the design and architecture field. Submit a trade application for our trade program here.

  • Our fixtures use standard light bulbs that are readily available from any bulb supplier or a well-stocked hardware store. Contact us with specific questions.

  • Your item will ship within the designated lead times based on availability and current production as all our products are hand-crafted. If you require faster shipping, please email sales@moneanewyork.com before placing your order.

  • Because of the hand-made nature of our pieces, we are not able to accept returns.

  • BRASS - Brass is unlacquered and hand-sealed with a light layer of wax. Dust gently with a duster or soft rag. Do not use brass cleaners as they will remove the patina.

    GLASS - For clear glass, wipe gently with a mild glass cleaner. Do not scrub glass or place items in a dishwasher.

    STONE - For fixtures or furniture with stone, dust gently with a duster or soft rag.

    LINEN – For furniture in linen, vacuum your sofa often to remove dust. Do not rub stains or spills, use mild soap or detergent and spot clean only or use a professional service.
